EKH has an active Board, with each Board member responsible for one or more areas of responsibility. In addition, various committees have been established, the Technical Committee being the most important. This committee consists of specialists with a technical background and many years of experience in the safe use, development and maintenance of cranes and lifting and hoisting accessories. The committee is responsible for keeping the Working Instructions up to date and also provides valuable input to the developers of the EKH-Courses. After all, one of EKH’s key objectives is to ensure a high level of professional expertise among its Members.

Board and Members’ Meetings
EKH devotes considerable time and effort to keeping the Working Instructions up to date by closely monitoring relevant legislation and regulations, standards, decisions and technical developments. During an annual information meeting, EKH companies are informed about the latest (technical) developments. In addition, the policies to be pursued are coordinated during the annual Members’ Meeting.

Committees
The EKH Board is supported by various committees. These committees deal with, among other things, technical developments, Working Instructions, courses, examinations, and complaints or disputes. This ensures that knowledge within EKH remains up to date and that the quality of examinations, inspectors and affiliated inspection companies is safeguarded.
