Certification of EKH Companies
In addition to personal certification of EKH Inspectors, EKH also certifies the EKH company itself. To become a certified EKH Member, a company must meet a number of important requirements:
- Comply with the EKH Quality Management System (Digital Handbook);
- Demonstrably work in accordance with the EKH Working Instructions;
- Examination activities are carried out by EKH-certified EKH Inspectors.
These requirements are laid down in the EKH Quality Management System (Digital Handbook), which serves as the guideline for the annual EKH audit. This audit is carried out by an independent auditor.
Companies that meet all requirements:
- Receive the EKH certificate;
- May use the EKH logo as a quality mark;
- May use EKH examination reports for lifting accessories and cranes.
If a customer of an EKH Member is not satisfied with an examination that has been carried out, they can contact the independent EKH Complaints and Disputes Committee.
